Our team will promptly assist you with a hassle-free refund for one (1) bag of each flavor - even if it's empty! For additional bags of the same flavor, kindly return them unopened and in good condition for a full refund*.

*Full Refund means the total amount you paid, including shipping & handling and any applicable sales tax. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or an order error occurs.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of product defects or order errors.

Refund Process For Additional Bags:

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will carefully inspect them and initiate your refund. Your money will be reimbursed to the original payment method used during your purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.

Exchanges:

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. To exchange a product, please follow our return process and place a new order.
